I'm a multimedia journalist based in Johannesburg, South Africa, with a decade of  experience across three continents. Until recently, I was a correspondent with AFP news agency in Nigeria, covering breaking news, under-reported and human-interest stories. I have significant experience managing sensitive stories in small and large teams, filing under tight deadlines. Previously, I worked in TV, radio and digital, as a BBC News correspondent and as a producer at France 2 and ABC News. I started my career in London and Washington where I covered the 2016 election. I graduated from Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism and Sciences Po Paris School of Journalism.
